"Adoration and Mediterranean Treasures" with the PSO Principal Winds

Join the PSO Principal Winds and the Manchester Community Music School Flute Choir in a unique partnership of sounds that will take you on a journey from the Treasures of the Mediterranean to the far reaches of outer space.

This program features “Into Space,” an adventurous piece by NH Composer Beverly J. Erickson, and “Adoration” a lovely devotional hymn by Florence Price. The unique pairing of the flute choir with the woodwind quintet will lift your spirits and brighten your afternoon.

Members of the New Hampshire State Council on the Arts Arts Education Artist Roster (June 2025), the Principal Winds have built a reputation for artistry, versatility, and connection. They have captivated sold-out audiences at Throwback Brewery, inspired curiosity at the McAuliffe-Shepard Discovery Center, and brought their vibrant performances to renowned stages including Jimmy’s Jazz & Blues Club and St. John’s Episcopal Church in Portsmouth.
